During this retreat, you will enjoy the first 5 nights at magical Mystica Lodge in the Arenal lake and volcano region, and the final 2 nights at beautiful Sugar Beach Hotel on the Pacific Coast.  The week includes daily yoga & meditation, five health and wellness conferences, a jungle hike on suspended bridges near the volcano followed by healing hot springs, one lymphatic drainage massage or Reiki session, and a purifying infrared sauna.

Daily Health Sessions

Day One: Discover how your psychology becomes your biology

Emotions influence and are influenced by the functioning of our major organs, the integrity of our immune defenses and the workings of the body’s physical states. In this seminar we cover the psychology of disease and the seven energy centers of the body along with practical healing modalities to live life with full vitality.

Day Two: Twenty-First Century Weight Management

This session covers revolutionary new insights to how we can manage our weight through balancing our body’s natural hormones. In a world cluttered with myths, fads and thousands of diets, we all have different requirements and body types. Thankfully there are universal rules that can be integrated into our lives for fast and dramatic changes to our energy, strength and physical well-being. Nutrition needs to be simple, we will discover how simple it can be.

Day Three: Eating for Beauty

Discover a system for achieving radiant, glowing skin and lustrious hair. This seminar will introduce a whole new concept of beauty – what it is, and how you can achieve it through your eating habits. Learn about the youth enhancing superfoods to increase our longevity and live with total energy.

Day Four: Standing Tall on the Inside – Uncover TOTAL Confidence

The only thing holding you back from living the most fulfilling life as possible is yourself. Growing up a child in a large family and zero self-confidence, feeling ugly, stupid, and challenged in school, Jane set herself on a life-long journey to live life with incredible self-esteem. Today, she shares these findings with thousands of clients. In this seminar you will learn practical tools and techniques to regain your self-worth, expect the best, be the best, and live life with total confidence from the inside out.

Day Five: The key to Happiness

The more you invest into your gratitude, the richer your life will become. Doors and opportunities begin to open when we are open. Letting love into your life is the key to a fulfilling, meaningful and joyous existence. We will uncover tools to living a positive life, ways to inspire our peers and a recipe for inner peace and happiness.
